Key Executive Forums

To provide support to the top executive, our Executive Forums offers "Key Executive Forums" for his or her direct reports. These forums provide skills and tools that can transform the entire organization.

Four to six times a year, your key executive or manager will meet with other executives and managers from non-competing companies.

Here's how it works:

  • The opening session consists of an educational curriculum based on the most current leadership and management principles.
  • The meeting then transitions to real-world case studies. Your managers can present their current business challenges. The facilitator will then channel the collective experience and expertise of the group to recommended actions.
  • The entire process is supported with diagnostic instruments and tools that your managers and executives can take back to your business for immediate implementation.
