Top Executives

This program is the cornerstone of our business. A membership in the Top Executive Program gives each participant access to the information and tools needed to stay current and focused in today's competitive business environment. Each top executive participates in a Forum Group consisting of 8 to 12 other chief executives from similarly-sized non-competing companies. These forums meet monthly for half day sessions. In addition, there are coaching and personal development components of the Top Executive Membership. For details on each aspect of the service, select from the options below:

    MONTHLY FORUM MEETINGS: Monthly, we bring together the top executives from similarly sized but non-competing companies in working forums. These are no-nonsense resource meetings. Our purpose is to provide you with an environment that helps you address today's challenges. In these meetings our Members focus on important issues and opportunities by using a highly interactive and proven process that draws on the experience and expertise of the group. Our focus is on solving problems, increasing profits and dealing with the unique challenges faced by individuals at the top. The monthly Forum meeting has three major components:

    ONE-ON-ONE COACHING: Once a quarter, or monthly if you desire, you will meet one-on-one with your Renaissance Executive Forums chairperson. This meeting will have several agenda items and will, over the course of time, be tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
    Some of the suggested topics are:

    • The preparation of issues and challenges you will be presenting to your fellow members.
    • Follow-up on the implementation of action items developed at your monthly FORUM meetings. Many members view this as a beneficial accountability process.
    • Identification of additional personal and business needs.
    • Review of personal and business strategic plans.
    This is an opportunity to get direct input and advice from the chairperson.
    One of the primary purposes of the Quarterly Executive Coaching Session is to accelerate meaningful change.



    STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS WORKSHOPS: To stay on course toward achieving their ideal future, executives need to step back periodically and assess where they are and where they want to go. "Failing to plan is planning to fail."

    Our annual two-day "Strategies for Success" planning retreat enables you to:
    • Assess how you're currently running your business and your personal life.
    • Gain self-awareness and insight from other top executives.
    • Explore practical strategies for improving your business and personal life.
    • Place focus on your highest priorities.

    This two-day workshop uses a guided process and proprietary tools; you'll define what's important to you and get focused on appropriate actions that will enable you to take your personal life and business where you want them to go.
